Cesar Chacon was born in Southern California where he shortly thereafter moved to New Mexico where his family had a cattle ranch. He was raised on this ranch and quickly found the value of hard work. Whether it was mending fences, breaking horses, branding cows or chopping wood, it was by far one of the fondest memories growing up learning the value of reaping what is sowed… In a good way.
